Haylee Bladen, LCSW
Haylee earned her master's degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. She is enthusiastic about mental health education & prevention. Haylee is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment professional therapist and is also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
Haylee has a genuine enthusiasm for helping and healing families of children with disabilities. As both a professional and a parent of a child with special needs, she intimately understands the unique challenges, sacrifices, and joys that come with this journey. She knows firsthand the dedication, time, and energy it takes to navigate the complexities of parenting a child with disabilities, from advocating for their needs to balancing the emotional demands of caregiving.
Her lived experience gives her a unique perspective that allows her to connect with families on a profound level. She recognizes the emotional highs and lows, the uncertainties, and the triumphs that come with this role, and she uses her insight to offer empathy, guidance, and effective solutions.
Haylee’s personal journey fuels her unwavering commitment to supporting families in their growth and healing. She believes in empowering parents with the tools they need to build resilience, find balance, and nurture strong, connected relationships within their families. Through her work, she strives to help parents and caregivers feel seen, supported, and equipped to meet their challenges head-on, creating a brighter future for their children and themselves.
Haylee and her husband own a thriving mental health company for youth and families, with five clinic locations dedicated to providing accessible and compassionate care. Her specialties include treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, and self-esteem issues.
She also serves as a field instructor for Masters students in the University of Utah, Denver University, and Kentucky University MSW programs, helping to shape the next generation of social workers.
Haylee enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughters, riding her bike, traveling and indulging in peanut butter cups!
